Every month for twelve months
Twelve additional one-hour remote video appointments through myLodge: one each month for twelve months after discharge, with your chosen approved Lodge therapist or counsellor, subject to availability.
Ongoing
Included ongoing digital access to the planned personal AI recovery companion. Lifetime digital access does not mean lifetime human therapy, unlimited clinical monitoring or free accommodation.
The 20 community sessions and twelve monthly Lodge sessions are separate benefits: 32 included therapy hours spread across their respective time windows—not 32 sessions available immediately or unlimited contact.

Where appropriate and with your agreement, continuing care can be arranged with your referring practitioner. If you do not have one, you can nominate a practitioner for approval.
Choose support that fits your needs and the continuing-care plan developed during your stay.
Every practitioner must be approved, appropriately credentialed and working within a recovery-relevant scope, such as addiction care, CBT, coping with emotional distress or family work. Twelve Lodge pays the approved provider directly for actual therapy provided—not for referrals. Costs, rates and booking terms are agreed before booking. Unused sessions have no cash or refund value and must be used within three months of discharge. Missed-appointment terms will be confirmed before booking.
One session each month after discharge
Twelve additional one-hour remote video appointments through myLodge: one each month for twelve months after discharge, with your chosen approved Lodge therapist or counsellor, subject to availability. These sessions are additional to your 20 community therapy sessions.
At departure, choose a preferred approved in-house therapist or counsellor you connected with—not necessarily your primary individual practitioner—subject to availability. Arrange each remote video appointment through myLodge with the practitioner within its month. Monthly sessions cannot be banked, combined or carried forward and have no cash or refund value. Practitioner availability may change.
Monthly one-hour video appointments through myLodge with your chosen Lodge counsellor. Haven is planned to join as an AI support participant, with informed consent and its role explained before the session.
The human therapist or counsellor conducts the appointment with you. Haven is planned as a third participant to listen and support—not as a treating professional, an extra appointment or an emergency service. Before Haven joins, both you and your counsellor must give informed consent, with its role, what information it receives and how that information is used explained in advance.
Video appointments and Haven’s AI participation are planned for the 2027 service; neither is available in this public myLodge hub. Arrangements concerning recording, transcription, summaries, storage and model training, together with session privacy and access permissions, will be confirmed before use; no such technical capabilities or settings are promised here.
Included for twelve months
Twelve months of structured online group aftercare are included after successful completion, alongside educational resources and peer connection. Groups are planned on multiple days each week; the exact frequency and arrangements will be confirmed before use. This is not a guarantee of an always-available closed group with your original cohort.
Twelve months of structured online groups, planned on multiple days each week, support learning and peer connection after returning home. Exact frequency and arrangements will be confirmed; an always-available closed cohort is not guaranteed.

Explore our books and resourcesStay connected with the 12 Lodge community beyond residential treatment, with approved scheduled alumni participation arranged in advance, subject to fit, confidentiality, suitability and capacity. Community resources can also help you find support closer to home.
Find community supportContinuing-care planning begins during residential treatment and is reviewed regularly. It connects the work you are doing at 12 Lodge with your relationships, routines and support at home.
Explore family and companion supportDepending on individual needs, your plan may include outpatient counselling, medical follow-up, community meetings, sober housing, employment support and family counselling. These are individual planning options, not a promise that every outside service is included in your stay.
Haven · Planned for 2027
Residents will learn and use Haven daily during their stay for journaling, reflection, questions and practice, building familiarity they can carry home. Haven connects all three Circles with questions for a chosen human Guide; it supports care, not therapy or emergency response.
Included ongoing digital access to the planned personal AI recovery companion. Lifetime digital access does not mean lifetime human therapy, unlimited clinical monitoring or free accommodation.
Your personal notes and journals are not automatically shared with Guides, family members or Companions. Planned Guide review will cover only selected check-ins or reflections you agree to share in support of care. Consent, defined access permissions, review scope and technical privacy arrangements will be confirmed before use; these arrangements are not yet finalized. This is not 24-hour monitoring or an emergency service. The illustrative preview uses prewritten examples only: it collects no personal reflections, saves no journal and sends no messages.
