Reflect after the morning Circles
Use a guided question or journal reflection to connect a Reset lesson with a pattern you want to discuss.
The weekly rhythm · Opening 2027
A consistent routine, with room for reflection, connection and the practice of everyday life.
Every morning begins with movement, personal reflection, preparation and breakfast. Morning Revitalization may include functional fitness, yoga, stretching, cardiovascular exercise or guided breath-work, adapted to each resident’s health, mobility and stage of stabilization.
Weekdays focus on Reset and Balance Circles, individual counselling and skills development. Saturdays make space for supervised recreation and community participation; Sundays connect Wellness with family and companion integration.
This is the planned schedule from the 12 Lodge business plan. Activities and appointments may change according to clinical needs, staffing, weather and availability.

Chef-prepared meals, nutrition education and shared mealtimes form part of the planned residential routine, alongside movement, reflection and scheduled care.

Haven · Planned for 2027
Haven’s AI-guided questions and reflections connect Circle lessons with your own practice. Its place in the day complements the human team and scheduled care; it does not add or replace counselling appointments.
10:45–11:15 a.m.
Use a guided question or journal reflection to connect a Reset lesson with a pattern you want to discuss.
2:45–5:00 p.m.
Within the existing weekday rotation, revisit a Balance exercise and prepare your own notes alongside scheduled counselling and wellness.
8:30–9:30 p.m.
During Haven work or personal study, revisit the books, reflect on a practice and consider a Wellness routine for the next day.
Small supervised groups may rotate through community recovery meetings, walking, biking, kayaking, gardening, creative work and other approved activities. Residents at the house remain engaged through shared responsibilities, reading, wellness and reflection.
Approved family visits, companion circles, supported interaction and eligible family leave provide opportunities to practise communication and boundaries. Residents without visiting family remain included through peer support, Wellness discussions and supervised activities.
