12 Lodge Wellness is a small, all-male residence in Ottawa, Ontario, planned for 2027, with no Texas location. A deliberately small setting of ten men, a recommended 42-day stay and twelve months of continuing care may matter as much as distance when you compare options.
The 12 Lodge Method brings Reset, Balance and Wellness together through individual counselling, groups, family participation and continuing-care planning. The planned all-male residence has capacity for 10 residents.

12 Lodge welcomes men travelling from the United States. Ask your insurer whether any part of residential treatment outside the U.S. could be reimbursed; do not assume in-network, out-of-network or out-of-country coverage for the published rates. Confirm passport and entry requirements for Canada yourself, and ask admissions how assessment information from your current providers can be shared before a stay.
12 Lodge will not initially offer in-house medical detox. Any required withdrawal management must be completed with appropriate providers before residential admission. Do not travel on the assumption that an enquiry confirms a place or an arrival date.
Review eligibility and the application processLodge continuation sessions take place remotely through myLodge, so they can continue after you return to Texas. Included after successful completion: 20 one-hour therapy sessions with an approved outside practitioner within three months of discharge, plus twelve Lodge continuation sessions (one one-hour video appointment through myLodge with your chosen Lodge counsellor each month for twelve months), twelve months of structured online groups and lifetime digital Haven access. All outside practitioners require approval; U.S. services have their own access, insurance rules and costs.
