12 Lodge Wellness is a ten-person, all-male residence on Ottawa’s Rideau River. Each suite below shows its published price for the same 21-, 42- and 60-day stays, so families can compare rooms before applying.
The recommended stay is 42 days, with shorter or extended options when clinically appropriate. Admissions can discuss room availability and the appropriate duration of stay; a room choice alone does not determine treatment suitability.
Opening in 2027. A suite preference in a family application is not a booking confirmation.

Early arrival is listed at $1,450 per day, separate from the stay prices above. This is not an on-site medical detox service. Confirm arrangements and any additional charges with admissions.
Deposit & payment terms
The business plan states a $5,000 deposit with the remaining balance due on arrival. It does not define refund amounts, cancellation deadlines or how early-discharge costs are calculated. Obtain a written payment and cancellation agreement from admissions before paying.
Entry requirements & safety
